As per the recent data from the European Space Agency, the Iceberg A-76 broke from the western side of the Ronne Ice Shelf in Antarctica is now floating on the Weddell Sea.
This is said to be the largest iceberg in the world as it measures around 170 kilometers long and 25 kilometers wide. The Antarctica ice sheet is warming faster than the rest of the planet, causing melting of snow, ice covers, and the retreat of glaciers, around the Weddell Sea
