Abhimanyu, son of Arjuna, knew the secret of breaking the ‘Chakravyuha’ military formation, but did not know how to break out. It was Jayadratha, brother-in-law of the Kauravas, who blocked Abhimanyu’s exit — which resulted in his death. Arjuna later took revenge by killing Jayadratha, with the help of Krishna.
