Former President Pranab Mukherjee is to address JatiyaSangsad, a special session of Bangladesh Parliament, on the occasion of the centenary year of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Along with Mukherjee, Nepalese President Bidhya Devi Bhandari is also invited for the session. This would be the third time a foreign dignitary would address Bangladesh’s parliament.
