The Reserve Bank of India has appointed a 3 member Committee of Directors (CoD) to look after the affairs of Lakshmi Vilas Bank. The three members are- Meeta Makhan, Shakti Sinha, and Satish Kumar Kalra. Meeta Makhan is the head of this Committee of Directors (CoD).
