Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh launched the Defence India Startup Challenge-4 (DISC4), under the iDEX initiative, during an event in New Delhi on 29 September 2020. Under this, eleven challenges from Armed forces, OFB&DPSUs are opened for prospective startups, innovators, MSMEs to provide their innovative ideas on technologies which find their application in the defence sector.
