The ‘Climate Transparency Report 2022’ was released by a partnership of climate analysis organisations in G20 countries. As per the report, the countries most affected by income losses in these sectors were India (5.4% of GDP), Indonesia (1.6% of GDP), and Saudi Arabia (1% of GDP). Losses to earnings from heat-related labour capacity reduction were the highest in services, manufacturing, agriculture, and construction.
